Why Tokyo?
Tokyo, a city of contrasts
Tokyo is a city I’ve been drawn to for a long time, even though I haven’t been there yet. There’s something about it that just sticks with me — the mix of fast-paced city life and quiet, everyday moments.
I love how Tokyo seems to balance opposites so naturally. You’ll see busy streets glowing with neon lights, packed trains, and people constantly on the move, and then just around the corner there’s a small temple, a peaceful park, or a narrow street that feels calm and almost hidden. It feels like a place where tradition hasn’t been pushed aside, but instead fits into modern life.
One day, I’d love to walk through the neighborhoods, get lost without a plan, and experience the city for myself. Until then, this page is my way of sharing why Tokyo continues to inspire me and why it’s at the top of my travel list.

It’s the ultimate snapshot of Tokyo’s fast pace. Watching the crowds from above or crossing myself feels exhilarating — chaotic but exciting, and a perfect way to feel the city’s rhythm.

It’s a place where you can feel Tokyo’s history and traditions. Walking through the temple gates and soaking in the atmosphere makes you appreciate a side of Tokyo that’s slower, more colorful, and full of stories.
